Who is ready to be confused!?

I have a workbook with a few different worksheets. I'd like to set it up so two of the worksheets can scan each other for matching data in a certain column. I've set this portion up, and it works fine. However, I'm hoping that once matching data is found, it can pull data from a different cell in the corresponding row that the match was found in one worksheet, and place it in a cell in the corresponding row on the other worksheet.

Does that make sense? I'm sure there's more info that would be helpful, but I'm a novice so pardon my lack of knowledge. Any help is greatly appreciated!
