A function to search a cell for a number of search terms

Hey, I have a sheet with 70k entries. I’m looking for a function that can highlight if a cell has within it any 1 of 70 search terms. Can someone help me write this?
It’s a giant data dump of patents that came from universities. Looking to see if any 1 of 70 schools is mentioned. Some cells have a university and a private company as a partner, that’s cool too, as long as it has one of the university names in it.
