Advice on module for Euclidean sequences.
Post Body

I'm considering getting a Euclidean sequencer for my rack next.

Currently, I'm generating trigger patterns through a clock divider (Shakmat Time Wizard), Turing Machine Pulses expander and a OR logic module (RYO). But I'm not entirely happy with the rhythms I'm getting, they're not melodic enough for me and are usually too mathematical/rigid for my taste.

Which brings me to consider a Euclidean sequencer. The two options I'm considering are, 1. The Shakmat Knight's Gallop and 2. BASTL Little Nerd.

Here's where the confusion lies. I probably need to get rid of the Turing Machine to make space for this. Which is ok, I've moved my CV sequencing to other sequencers and techniques so that's not a huge loss, but I end up without the Pulses too, which means I lose a lot of random trigger options. The Little Nerd seems like a good idea for a replacement because apart from a possible of 5 Euclidean sequences, I can also do other kinds of patterns through it's various modes. BUT, the lack of a offset and reset input bug me because that'll make syncing up a lot of stuff a bit problematic. The Knight's Gallop on the other hand have those various different kinds of tables and relationships between it's two outputs, and generally seems very capable of generating rhythmic trigger patterns but then again, it's only two outputs. Considering I still have a dedicated clock divider and three lanes of OR logic, I still might be fine with it though.

Thoughts?
