a lot of people, especially youtube reviewers, really don’t understand what was going on throughout that season and i jus wanna point out somethings

1. re: elliot wasn’t necessary so wrong, he gave rue an outlet to be intimate(not even physically) with someone without being ashamed of not being sober, something she clearly felt ashamed about re: jules. he also helped rue and jules have one of the only truly sexual moments of that entire season (interrogation of el and making them both jealous on purpose). and literally right before that we saw rue faking orgasms like he was needed levinson dropped the ball kinda on the latter part of his character but yeah

2. cassie’s arch is incredible and devastating i don’t think she’s dumbed down at all i think her situation is very nuanced and complex

3.’fez beating nate shook everything up and was an iconic inciting incident to open
