Snap adapter question

Does anyone know of an off the shelf or a diy option for a 90° snap adapter to Tens? I’ve tried search the great Google vers but all I get are electrical connections used in construction.
I have a metal anal plug that has a snap connection but I always knock it off when I get a good ghost fucking going on……
Please help….. my left ass cheek is begging all of you!
