So I have rung La Marzocco three times now about the non functioning brew by weight thing … no one has called me back.

I’ve spent £5000 on LM kit in the past two weeks and this feature does not work reliably.

My scales connected first time and functioned for about a week … the scales then stopped functioning on the second pour of the day and now do not connect whatever I do.

I should not have to randomly reboot everything over and over in the hope of planets aligning and it connecting (advice not from LM as they have not spoken to me yet) … sort this out LM or this will get harder to ignore.

I will be returning this and getting a refund and going with a different manufacturer at this rate.
