Edit : I've found the manual online for the Flojet Bottled Water System 5000 Series ... and yes it is demand driven ... just in case anyone searches for this in the future.

Hiya,
So I'm eagerly awaiting my new machine ... wanting to use bottled water for it ... but I'd like it sucked up with a flojet as though it were plumbed in.
Does the flojet detect that the machine is calling for water (like a drop in pressure on the out tail of the pump) and start pumping ... is it constantly pumping and can cope with the water not flowing out (ie the machine doesn't need it) ... do I need to manually turn on the pump when I need to make a coffee and turn off again ... ?
Anyone know ... I suspect it's on permanently and detects or copes ... but ... ?
