Hello. This is a serious inquiry about a hurdle I'm attempting to over come regarding finding the right type of investors/ VC for the type of escape room I have put together. I have a background in travel entertainment and transportation museum operation / management, looking into my own personal passion project.

I have a very unique yet easily adored concept for a different variation of escape rooms. Its 3 rooms making more of a "map". The map is built in such a way that it every so often it changes. There is an entity keeping pressure on you using the environment. The idea parrelels with a online concept that has a cult following and would play on physical and sensory experience more than the average E.R.

However this concept doesn't have any licencing hurdles or lack of growth potential, and there are larger media plans coming for it - meaning the audience is likely to grow soon and it has been a stable community over a decade without much fall off.

I believe the idea is not only unique but scalable within one location, has large margins, and taps into the real estate space more effectively than other ideas. I've done the proper canvas, research, and concept adaptions and continue to refine them as I find better solutions - I am not "guessing". I have experience in building, production, and permits so these are not points I haven't considered. I actually have a specific type of retail space I need to achieve this best I think.

I'd love to speak to a professional about how I may go about this (very different than the non profit / government funded space I'm used to), and maybe suggestions of what I can do as my next step.

Anybody have any suggestions of who I can speak to, especially in regards to finding investment or VC funding in this form of Leisure Facility / entertainment/ tech space?

I'm being vague as to not release too much of the business concept. But willing to speak specifics with the right person, especially if they're interested in somehow partnering.
