I have fibromyalgia and the frikkin tightest leg muscles. The biggest thing that helps those muscles is pilates, which I love going to, but I'm a somewhat newb so eventually I get tight again before the next class. My nightly "enjoy being high" routine includes a near-orgasmic stretch of my legs straight out where everything knees and down just pop pop pops, then I can rotate my feets and they pop more! Once my ankle muscles finally relax and pop, often in 3 places, oh my god. I just did this and my whole existence is perfect. I love mmj.
Any others with chronic pain and a great thing weed does for it?
