The more I learn about how everything is energy, nothing is really physical and it's our observation of energy that creates the 'matter' we see, I wonder if this applies to people as much as it does to everything else in our universe??

To clarify, are the people in our lives just physical observations of energy in our 'own' reality? I feel like I'm totally alone in this world of energy, and not alone in a bad way, but like everything else we can manifest, manipulate and change through thought and feeling - can we create, modify and shape the people in our realities?? I believe we can. It flows into multiverse thinking whereby I think we all have a totally unique universe to ourselves where we are the center and creator. I'd love other's thoughts!
