Update - my family doctor recommended that I do NOT take this medication at this time.

Today my doctor gave me 3 sample packs of orilissa to try for my stage 4 endometiosis ( with 6cm endometrioma of left ovary) which has been growing steady about 1.5cm every 3 months without any medication. I had my first surgery may 28, 2020 and was a hysterectomy/excision with both ovaries saved but it grew back by October 2020. I was informed today that I am high risk if I go for a second surgery due to the bowel involvement so I don't have much options.

I have suffered from a major depressive episode and rare breast lump side effect from the Visanne and can no longer use it for my treatment.

My question is this.. I am worry orilissa is going to affect me the same as Visanne did. Are there any women here who have tried Visanna and had the depression side effect then switch to orilissa? Did you still have depression side effects?
