Mine was 3 days. Started on Monday, fired by Wednesday. Monday was mostly new hire paperwork, orientation on apps they used to track hours and projects, and brief shadowing. Tuesday I was sent out to work on new project alone. Wiring had already been dropped off, I just went out with devices to install. Wednesday afternoon I get a call to collect any wiring not pulled and devices and drive to the shop. Big office building so it took me almost two hours and multiple trips to get all the wiring down the slow elevators and across the parking lot to the truck. I get to the shop and was fired. Seems there was a billing dispute with client and since I was hired for this project I wasn’t needed any longer. They called weeks later trying to hire me back but I was already making more somewhere else and any company that can’t keep a new hire employed because they lost one client isn’t a company I want to work for.
