This is at a final inspection for a new EV Charger.
Now that these installations are becoming more common, several contractors are struggling with getting these right.
Many are jumping on the bandwagon working with the utility companies and auto dealers as subcontractors, mudding the water even worse.
The contractor is not happy with the results of the inspection. He's trying to add a 2nd meter for the EV charger.
I posted several pics. I know it can be a PITA to go through, but it helps seeing as much as you can.
With that being said -
1- How many code violations can you find?
2- What would you do differently?
Be good 👍
I did not do the installation. I did the inspection.
These pics are from completed inspections.
I am not asking for help to decide on what to do, I have already made my decision.
The questions are just for friendly conversation and your professional opinion(s).
