plastic boxes (canadian electrical code)
Post Body

i recently wired up a guys shop. i havent worked in the trade in 7 years, but do the odd side job here and there. The guy calls me up today, and says i have to remove all the metal boxes and change them to plastic.... his "guy" says it wont pass inspection.... i cant seem to find any new code rules anywhere that states i have to use plastic boxes. im not changing them for free if i dont have to. whats the scoop here?
