Issues on PS4?

So i played this game last year for a bit when it was newly released on PS4, then stopped and am now coming back to it. Problem being for some reason since i reinstalled it, it keeps dropping me out of the game every 10-20 mins and saying lost connection check internet however my internet is perfectly fine and still up and running, what can i do to fix it?
