So I have been stuck in bed way more than usual since Christmas night or so. It just seems like I feel worse than ever lately. I'm sleeping way more than usual, too. At first, I figured it was the holiday craziness, but now I'm not so sure.
Because for the past 2 or 3 days, I sit up in bed or stand up from a sitting or lying position and all of a sudden, my forehead just throbs away. I usually just lay back down, so I'm not entirely sure how long the headaches would last. 30 minutes to an hour maybe?
I tried to Google it, and all I could really find is that it might be an ear infection/injury, or dehydration. Well, it's not an ear issue, because I have no problems there. And I drink water every day, so I don't see how I could be dehydrated.
I generally don't have any other symptoms that occur at the same time as the headaches. So I'm stumped. Is it POTS, maybe?
I'm not sure how to handle this, because I have paperwork and doctor appointments and life to deal with. This is not helping at all.
Ugh. What is this?? Does it even have anything to do with EDS?
*UPDATE * I just figured out that if I tilt my head back before I sit up or stand, it doesn't hurt nearly as bad.
