I haven’t played SW but I’ve been told they have them in there so sorry if this is already addressed in those games.
So I was reading a past post about what other franchises and time periods might be fun if done in the Warriors formula. I said Lord of Rings. Which I would love. However I saw someone say the Napoleonic era. It got me thinking 🤔. It’s honestly a great and interesting time period with a story that could not doubt be made extremely engaging, it got me thinking of other time periods like civil war, the European wars of unification, Mexican Revolution and so on, but how would combat be with the importance of guns.
I know we’ve had range weapons like Huang Zhong with the bow or Lianshi with the crossbow and hell we even have Guo Huai with what is practically a gun. Honestly though, those were among my least favorite weapons.
Do you think they could make good warriors games if characters don’t have melee weapons as primary weapons.
