topic 4: Sergeant's Army

The DAA (Dank Army Alliance) ask permission from the council to protect our district and it's glory. Duff says we cannot trust them, Duff says "no offence to the DAA, but we don't know them all to well yet. Everybody in the DH has been in the community for a long time now and know everybody, whereas the DAA is still fairly new to us". yoshi suggested we merge them with the DH

hughes suggested we ban meetings from fun server because it ends up in chaos every time. big part is admins muting what to "control" it. Long discussion and stuff.
