Topic 1: Citizenship Programm and UDIs

part 1:

Kukky2 proposes to add a citizenship program with "Unique Dwarven Identifiers" for voting.

Jamhalo is concerned about new people and how they would get UDIs.

Kukky2 continues his explanation: Not much changes, but people outside the district with citizenship will be able to vote. he also says that if the vote passes he would immediately start working on it.

UDIs or Unique Dwrven Indentifiers would be codes that we could theoretically use for elections. Everybody who has lived in the district for at least 2 weeks can ask for one.

Topic 2: A Guild Outside of DD

Fitzdepl (Krampus_) suggests that we make a guild as a seperate entity from DD since the community is not bond to LoM or DD anymore.

Duff_RunAxe says that he doesn't want to get further away from lom, multiple people agree.

People explain that it would be more of a way to not be tied down to the district then a way to move away from LoM.

Topic 3: Taerion's Rant Thing

Thaerion, the deceased Jamteins son, wants to help the district with is fathers riches. But before we need to help him restore the district, he will pay 10 golden bars for restoring a plot.

He also announces that he will replace his father Jamtein on the council as Keystone of Stone.

Due to the recent event of his fathers murder, as well as other reported muggings, he will start founding a police organization to stop said and any other crimes.

People object him and a long rant follows, then followed by more RP arguments and elf racism.

Topic 4: Andrews Topic List

Andrew announces he’s the new keystone of gold. He asks for ideas on raising money for the Council.

Taxing, found raising and opening a stam shack (with blackjack and hookers) next to the mine were suggested. The stam shack got the most support, followed by found raising, and taxing was denied.

Andrew will also encourage poeple to open businesses by yelling at them until they do so.

Topic 5: Keystone of Faith

Xeno is converting keystone of cave to be fully faith based. Nobody seams to have anything against it.

Worshipping Jarool has been banned.

Topic 6: Bindstone Solar Panels

BH (agent1232) wants to have bindstone solar panels to go along the nuclear energy project proposed by SmurfMan at the last meeting.

They will require lots of research.
