We need help with holding plots.

As mentioned during the last meeting, the council (especially Peity and I) are holding way too many "community" plots. If anyone has a free alt available to take over one of those plots, please let us know.
The plots we need help with are 2 in the park area and the Emerald Tower plot. The last one would be a great library, though, if it's lost...well...it is how it is then I guess.
