Looking into 2015 821 with 12k miles.

Hello monster owners, asking for opinions here thanks in advance.
My previous bikes were all Japanese and have read up on Ducati Monsters, however sometimes it’s just good to ask experienced owners.
Is 12K considered high for an 821? 7K USD is the asking price, is that reasonable? Are 821s generally reliable if maintained properly?
I’m trying to get service records and waiting on them still.
