When are the heart palpitations concerning?

I've been having them the entire day after drinking too much last night. I've never gotten that before I don't know if it's common. I couldn't decide whether to not drink or drink since withdrawal might make it worse. I ended up drinking and my heart is slowing down. I also ate normal today, almost 2000 calories. I'm not going to drink at all tomorrow and if it doesn't go away then that's not good.

Ugh yeah the heart racing pounding palpitations are a pretty common withdrawal symptom. I’m not even nearly a doctor, but I’d basically say the same; Not drinking tomorrow, and if palpitations aren’t going away then prob isn’t awesome
