Hey! I'm not gonna say "technics to cure" because I know that's a longer way.
I've had derealization basically H24 since 18 (I'm 27, now) with sometimes stronger episodes. Somehow, the past year, I've been doing good at ignoring it, but for the past few days I've been noticing it a lot again and it's distressing me a little.
I would be happy to try more technics, I just think I don't know them outside of the "name 5 things" one that really doesn't work on me. Meditation kinda does, but I don't always have time for it.
