LULZ @ customers thinking they’re sneaking changing their address...
Post Body
Just had an order come in, total of $6 for 2.8mi. Not bad, a tad over $3/mi and the pickup was at a sandwich shop that’s usually pretty quick.
I accept the order and start towards the sandwich place. Less than a minute later:
“The customer had updated their address.”
I check. It’s now almost 2.5x as many miles away. Nice try hoping to fool someone into keeping an order that pays crap so you can get away with a tiny tip based on the original distance.
I unassigned. I also smiled while doing so. I love screwing people over who tried to get me first. :)
