Talk about the times phone support has literally lied to you.

Post Body

I’ll start. Yesterday I had a stacked order, arrived at second restaurant to pick up, their system crashed, they couldn’t find order. I called support let them know, was told they would unassign me and pay me fee for having arrived. I moved onto deliver first order, only to find second order was never unassigned, had to call support again. They acted like I was lying even after they called restaurant and corroborated my story. They refused to pay me my fee as previously promised and suggested I go back 3.5 miles to get order, now 20 mins later. They also tried to get me to unassign through app which I refused, they finally relented. Alternate hell universe. Lesson learned. They lie and you have to keep them on the phone until they do what they say.
