Hey everyone, I see a lot of the posts in here are from dashers so I hope this is ok but I have a question as a customer. I placed an order last Monday that got cancelled after about 20 minutes, and was told the charge would be refunded. Well I live in florida and a few days later the hurricane came through so you can imagine checking on my refund wasn’t one of my top priorities, but I finally checked today and saw I had not been refunded. I was given a credit instead, and I spoke to customer service who said there’s nothing they can do.
I understand that yes in a way I did get my money back, but honestly I’d much rather have it in my bank account than have to use it on another order. Any other ways I can go about trying to get a refund or am I just out of luck here?
