Everyone else is probably clued into this already, but just a PSA in case other customers are browsing...

I was (and still am) craving shrimp and grits tonight. It's not a commonly offered dish here in Seattle, so I was excited to see a restaurant with it on Door Dash.

The rating just said (Newly Added) with two 5 star reviews. And it had a "Courier tracking" message that said the store decides if its courier or a Dasher delivers the order.

After 30 minutes, the app showed the order as 1 minute away but there's no gps tracking. After another 45 minutes, the order showed as delivered. But it's nowhere to be found...

We go to get help on the app, but the only option is to call the "restaurant". The number is an out-of-state area code, and just rings then hangs up. Texted the number, no reply.

We check the pick-up address, and it's just a street corner under a traffic light. #fail

We called Door Dash support and they gave us a full refund, so not too tragic. But don't be me... Stay cautious, folks!
