New issue with my dog going outside

Post Body

A few months ago I moved into an apartment, it was a big change for my dog who is a year and a half old but she adapted quickly and is quite content in her new home. But for some reason within the last week, shes been acting odd. When I go to get her leash to take her to go out to go potty she runs and jumps onto the bed. She'll let me put the leash on her but afterwards she'll either lay down and refuse to go out or she'll go out the door, start to walk out where she would normally go potty, then turn around and just lay by the door to my apartment until we go back inside. She hasn't been attacked by any dogs, or had any sort of negative experiences that should be causing her anxiety about going outside. If you have any ideas either as to why she's doing this, or what I could try to do to get her comfortable with going outside again I'd appreciate the advice.
