Gumbo Pot bugged?

Am I reading the Gumbo Pot description wrong? It states if the gumbo Pot is out, and you use the ability, it heals all missing health of said pot, but in reality it only heals like 20-30% of it's health.
I'm not taking about it's health on turn, I'm talking about when you use Tiana's S2 while the pot is already on the field.
