A bot able to search a custom google and post the top link in chat?

I am looking for a bot that can do the above, I know there are some that use a custom google for images, I wanted to know if there is a bot that will allow me to use that to post the results in chat via something like "!search <question> (result number)" Result number would allow for more links to be posted (not sure if that's possible.) but more importantly just an ability for people to search through bot commands.
