I remember that Thanksgiving like it was yesterday. Everyone was in the living room, but I couldn't stop sneaking glances at him (now my ex). There he was, reaching for the last slice of pumpkin pie. "You sure you want this?" I asked. He smirked, his hand brushing mine as he passed the plate, the heat between us undeniable. "Maybe I’d rather share it with you," he said, leaning in just enough for me to feel his breath. The warmth of the kitchen wasn’t the only thing heating up that night. Before we knew it, the food was forgotten, and all that mattered was the dessert we were about to enjoy... each other. Buuut he cheated on me on our 7th month anniversary. Anyway, give me yours or we could just create a new story of our own!
