I lazily scrolled through my social media, looking for nothing in particular. I was bored, and mainly just had nothing better to do.
And thats when I saw an advertisement.
The advertisement showcased crystal blue water, white sand, a large, futuristic hotel... and a group of women. In front. "Farina, Greater Oceania. Click here to book your trip!"
I thought it was a scam, but nevertheless, I clicked anyway.
"Get away to Farina, the isolated island paradise where your every whim and pleasure is our desire and need. We have a spacious spa, a bountiful bar, pleasurable pools and hot tubs, and the centerpiece of it all; our employees. Our employees will cater to your every want, even the primal ones. Do we really have to spell it out for you? Book your trip now."
Something just told me it wasn't a scam. Mostly because it was on Google Maps. After taking two weeks of my compiled paid vacation time, and dropping over 15,000$ on two weeks stay with included room, unlimited food and bar, all access spa and club passes, and a plane to the resort.
Came the day where I was to leave, I waltzed through the airport with some clothes, my phone charger, and my Xbox One, and I went to Gate 35. Private Gate. The woman there to greet me smiled... almost hungrily at me.
