Long ago while pregnant with our first, my wife and I came into an agreement were every parent day and birthday we get a "hall pass" to use within a month. It helps keep things fresh and is great motivation to keep fit and healthy. Here are some scenarios that can be created for the special day:

Flirting too hard with the work wife - Every so often you meet someone at your job that you just connect with. It's easy to flirt harmlessly with them and take lunch breaks together. I love my work wife and we have that kind of chemistry. Always making jokes at the expense of our job and other people around the office. Leaning on each other when one of us is getting treated too harshly for a mistake or when things are tough at home. There's a mutual attraction, but you don't want to be a homewrecker. Usually I avoid bringing up the hall pass agreement to you because I don't want to cross that line, but at one work party recently we got too drunk and you confessed way too much about what you wish you could do to me. I'm thinking it's time to finally break the news to you.

That flirty college girl next door - I know you're watching me as I jog past your house early in the mornings. Every time I get home from work you're getting home from school in a cute outfit and saying "hi" to me with a seductive smirk. I mow the lawn in the back yard on Sundays and you're lounging by the pool in a bikini, easy to see through the steel bar fence between our houses. Sometimes we get to chat a little bit and find some common interests (tbd before starting). This Fathers day the wife takes the kids out for the whole day so I ask if you want to come over and hang out to enjoy a shared interest.

Single Moms - Sometimes you spend a lot of time waiting with the other parents for your kids to get out of school. Sometimes you're helping chaperoning a field trip or school dance. Seeing them often I've made friends with some of the moms, and over the years it gets flirty. Especially with you, the single mom who doesn't have time to date. You kind of stuck to me the first day you saw me, always hoping I'm the one picking up the kids today over my wife. This one could go in different places. Maybe we get naughty during a field trip or school dance.
