You ever play your favorite video game and wish you could blow the person who created it? Now's your chance. This is a detailed SoL longterm RP of an unlikely pair of roommates falling for each other.

My Character: Mikey is one of those kids that tests out of high school early and starts college early, just to drop out because he designs a stellar video game concept. He gets approached, flirted with hired by a big studio under an awful predatory contract. Since he gets this opportunity at such a young age, he doesn't even realize how to protect himself and his IP and eventually the bosses lay him off after squeezing him for everything he's worth. It leaves him penniless, far away from home, and unable to find more work outside of working fast food.Just when he feels his life has hit bottom and there’s no chance of salvation, he finally has an opportunity to officially meet and speak to you, the goth girl of his dreams.

You would play the goth girl of his dreams. He had seen her around for awhile now. He’d occasionally see her on the train to work, and sometimes at the same coffeeshop along that route. She is gorgeous, too gorgeous for a nerd like him. He wants nothing more to talk to her and ask for her number and take her on several dates, but every conversation he runs through his head ends with her rejecting him.

The RP would take place at the point of them meeting. It’s late one night, Mikey is closing up the Burger Tyrant for the night, everyone else has left, but when he turns around he finds himself face to face with you. You were hoping to grab some quick food but arrived too late. Mikey suggests another place across town that’s open 24 hours. She turns to go but suddenly remembers she recognizes him. She used to see him in the places he saw her. He never expected her to be noticing a nerd like him. They get to talking and she learns about how he created one of her all time favorite games. She sympathizes with him about how he got screwed over and offers her guest bedroom to him.
That’s about the basics of the story. We can add any ideas you might have, create a back story for her, how she owns such a nice place with a whole guest bedroom with its own bathroom. She can be taken, but finds herself falling for her new roommate.
