It wouldn't be my first time dressing it but it would be in public. After years of increasingly frequent private play I found myself invited to a Halloween party where I thought it'd be safe. Maybe not a fully accepting environment but close enough I could dress as a woman on the grounds that it's a costume. As soon as I was invited I knew that this would be it, this would the time I would break out of my shell and Amy would see the world or more the world would get to meet Amy.

A black leather dress, heeled knee-length boots, a red wig down past my shoulders and matching color of lipstick. The days before the party I took my time with skincare, shaving, practicing walking in the heels. I even stretched with a plug to prepare for the off chance that the alcohol really started flowing. That maybe the lines of attraction could become blurred when I was in this... costume. Then again the costume did sort of give off a dominant vibe so maybe it's someone else who should be prepared for me.

So the day of the party I took off work at lunch. I went home to shower and get myself ready. Not just physically but to mentally transition into my costumed state. Some last minute perusal of the list of party guests on the event page. Maybe some erotica to find out if Amy would show up in a dominant or submissive mood.

Then two hours before it were to start a text message. The part hosts dog was rushed to the vet. There will be no party.

Such a pity all this work just for Amy to go back away.
