You often get cat called at work, inappropriate comments are made everywhere and anywhere without fail. This has escalated to even being physically touched and groped. The men now realize they can get away with almost anything! Whether it is in the hallway walking by a tighter corner or in the lunch room (it can escalate to as badly as you want, I'll leave this open). After speaking to your manager/supervisor, HR got involved but they won’t do anything meaningful. Escalating things has gotten no where, you threaten the company. The situation has finally escalated past mediation and an investigator is needed to assess the situation. He's expected to come in, understand the situation and fix it.
He explains that he will be asking questions and while some may make you uncomfortable, it is important you answer them fully and as detailed as possible. He's an attractive man, well dressed and very eloquent. He is also secretly worse than any colleague you've encountered.
You think to yourself, finally some restitution. He has plans of his own before that can happen. ———————————————-
