Charlie Russo lived the life every man dreams off. Money, Power, Strength, Women. He has it all. He can have anything and everything he wants. But it’s a lonely life. Always on edge, always aware that no one knows the real him. Yes Men want to be him, women want to be with him but that’s for the reputation, the money and the hope to be a made woman. No one knows the real him except his family and a very tight group of friends. That’s how he likes it after how he grew up. His abusive father taking his anger out on his son until he got big enough to fight back before moving onto his daughters. It was one night that his father took it too far that pushed Charlie over the edge. At the age of just 20 he plotted against and overthrew his father before killing him in cold blood to take over the family business.

It’s made him raw, heartless and arrogant as he uses his power to do what he wants as he grows his influence taking his family business from strength to strength moving it into more legitimate and long term businesses. His work is his life and he’s very lonely inside.

He is only able to show his soft side to his family, being his mother Hayley and sisters Ria and Georgia. They are his life and the reason he does what he does. That makes him unendingly protective of them and his friends as he would do anything for them.

However one night he meets someone who lights him up in a way he hasn’t felt before. Spending the night at one of his many clubs he meets a waitress. She’s fiery and she won’t take his attitude. Usually he would have her fired on the spot - after all no one speaks to him like that. But he doesn’t do that. He can’t help but be fascinated by her. Has he met his match. Has he met the one?

Ideas for your character could be: the daughter of a rival boss (Romeo and Juliet type story), a sassy, strong willed waitress who without trying or meaning too manages to drive the big tough Mafia boss wild and he falls for her, the daughter of a lost family who Charlie finds and has to protect and it becomes more or, your own idea!
