Hello, I recently found my self spending 12-14 h on my phone every day (Wich is ridiculous), mostly watching random stuff on YouTube and also reading manhwa, so I decided to delete every social media platform and also the app I read manhwa from, It was great at beginning, I spent my time learning and reading books but, I always felt that something is messing so I reinstalled my manhwa app and started checking all the manhwas I was reading before, I felt like returning to square 0 once again. My question is what kind of activities you recommend me to do to in my free time, that won't be time consuming and beneficial at the same time. I used to enjoy reading novels but when I discovered manhwas my patience and the imagination necessary to read disappeared, whenever I read something without images the words I read quickly sound empty without meaning, so I often have to re-read two sentences back to reposition my self in the flow of the story. What are your thoughts on this also?
I started crocheting. Specifically I looked for hobbies I could do mindlessly, but also have accomplished something I enjoyed
