So for anyone with no idea what the dark ocean, the dark ocean was in digimon adventures 02 (episode 13) where Kari gets sent there, when she escapes, we see a shadow of dragomon. That basically wraps up what the dark ocean is.

What I would love to see in the digimon reboot is at least have some episodes with the dark ocean revealing more of what it is. In the original digimon adventure, i know that Yamato and Sora goes in a cave and basically makes them super depressed (not sure which episodes), but I would love, if they decide to do so, make the dark ocean that area where Yamato and Sora (or other digidestined) to get depressed, weakening there digimon partners, only to have one to save them (possibly Kari or T.K.).
