I have recently moved to a different country and have been walking a lot everywhere. My phone shows me that I burn around 1000-1400 kcal from all that walking alone. I am 5'9 96kg guy. My base metabolic rate (as according to the TDEE calculator) is around 1980kcal. During the day I only eat for the amount of the kcal that I burn from walking. I should be seeing slow but steady progress of loosing 1kg of fat every 3-4 days. But I have been stuck on this weight since coming here 2 weeks ago. Any insight on what I might be doing wrong?
