Used all my luck (I think)

So I started a seasonal necromancer in story mode for fun. Playing through I got to be level 20 before fighting Skelton king. He dropped one of the ethereals. Even though it was level twenty I didn't get a better weapon till almost level 60. These things are awesome hope to get another now that I'm level 70.
