My .D2s files don’t exist…

So I’m trying to transfer D2LOD characters to my D2R and I feel like I’m missing something. My characters don’t have .d2s files at all. Only .ma0, .key, and .map. I just recently installed LOD and was just wanting to train up before I buy the new one which I did yesterday. But with no .d2s files, I have no saved file to transfer. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
