6 months later I have made mild changes. Eating fewer potatoes and less rice. Cut back on some of my sugar and desserts and those damn corn chips
Mostly I'm a fairly healthy eater in general but I've cut back on my carbs a bit.
It's really good to know that making small changes can make these sorts of changes
I am hopeful that if I continue on this path switching up to a few keto type bread and cracker decisions, Avoiding juice, And heavy carb meals I can bring this number down even more
I love to cook so it is mostly a joy to feed myself.
Feeling very good
