So I've been a more than casual DFS player over the last couple years...it is the subject of a lot of workplace discussions. Anyway, I've noticed that all of our decent NFL GPP wins have been on short slates rather than the day-long contests.
I won $10k on a Mon-Thu GPP last year (my 1st and biggest win). One friend won $3k on a 1pm only GPP. Another won $13k on the Thanksgiving games (place 1st in two contests - $10k and $3k in another). Last week I won $2500 on the 4pm onlys).
Is there any rhyme or reason here? Are short slates the better GPP play?
