I know this is a seemingly random time to make this post but I wanted to take today to acknowledge 28.

We all know the cap and roster situation well enough to read the writing on the wall, and for me this is one of the hardest parts of the growth NJ is experiencing. I genuinely really like Sevo, and can’t help but appreciate how much he’s been a part of the organization for so many years. He seems like a solid dude, and if you look past the intermittent blunders he’s had (who hasn’t?), he’s a reliable solid defensive guy who has rode through the entire storm with us.

No matter what happens or what your opinion of him is, I think he deserves our respect as Devils fans and I’d miss him a lot if something can’t get done.

Damon if you somehow read this buddy thanks for everything so far and I hope it can somehow work out.
