Tower is bugged as ghyuck right now

Probably not the only one who is experiencing this, but every tower instance I enter is bugged beyond belief. Screen is black when I spawn in, can open map and fast travel to fix (my character is often at shaxx when I open map), no vendor shows up when I interact with them (their shops are there though), and occasionally when fast traveling from nodes I will enter the perspective of a new guardian. Just me? Anyone else?
