Hei there. I am fighting depression ever since I can remember.
Today while sitting in bed hopelessly I remembered that action is the best treatment for depression. I fought with myself for 1 hour before getting out of bed and starting chopping the veggies.
So today when I finish cooking the gulyas I will feel better about myself just a tiny bit and think of you guys!
I hope my post motivates at least one of you to just do something small today. Clean that desk or do the dishes or just make your bed. Anything for that hit of "I can do this".
