Cymbalta side effects?

So I went from 60mg of Prozac/200mg of Lamotragine a day and switched the Prozac out for 30mg of Cymbalta, and increased to 60mg for about 3 weeks or so. I'm starting to notice blood every time I poop now and I think it might be related to the Cymbalta? I'm not constipated, so it's not like I'm forcing it, but it is something I'm concerned about. Has anyone else had this issue?
