Sometimes I feel like I'm abnormal. The situation is that, for example, I want to listen to music, but it annoys me that it's playing. I like to read books, but it annoys me that it's too quiet, but again if it's louder it bothers me too. I like to watch videos when I'm doing something, but again there's the problem that then I can't focus on anything, but if I turn the video off and do something in silence then I miss something. I'm in a vicious circle, my head starts to hurt from this non-understanding and eventually I don't feel like doing anything anymore. Can someone explain this to me?
