Accountability and another question about fatigue
Post Body

So I thought I might make this umpteenth attempt a little more concrete by posting here.

I've "quit" coffee for stretches up to a month or so in the past and don't quite remember struggling so much. Maybe because I was having a chai in the morning and a green tea in the afternoon instead. And I usually end up just getting a coffee a few days in and going back and forth between.

Still, here I am day 3 cold turkey and really struggling with fatigue. All I want to do is sleep, can barely manage my daily yoga practice...that's really killing me. I was just curious if there's any scientific explanation behind the fatigue other than "withdrawals"? What's happening in my kidney/adrenal complex? Can anyone share any of the science?

And also if anyone has any advice for keeping up an active life I'd be so grateful!

Thanks all!
